摘  要:为了探究浅水及岸壁效应影响下船-桨-舵一体自航时螺旋桨的轴承力,该文通过求解RANS方程,采用计算流体力学商业软件STAR-CCM+,对船-桨-舵一体在限制水域内自航进行了数值模拟。采用滑移网格技术来模拟螺旋桨的旋转,首先对船-舵一体阻力和船-桨-舵一体自航进行了验证,证明了数值和网格划分方法的可行性;然后对无限水域以及不同的受限水域四个工况进行了螺旋桨非定常轴承力的数值模拟。研究表明:随着水深和船-岸距离的同时减小,推力系数KTx和扭矩系数KQx均逐渐增大,非定常轴承力系数各分量随时间周期性变化;各系数在频域上脉动频率相同,其中KT x和KQy的频率脉动峰值波动最大。此外,BPF、2BPF和3BPF脉动幅值随着水深和船-岸距离的减小呈现出不同的变化规律。In order to research the bearing force of propeller on the hull-propeller-rudder system under the influence of shallow water and bank effect,the numerical simulation of ship sailing in restricted water area is carried out by solving the RANS equation and using STAR CCM+.Firstly,the resistance of hull-rudder system and the self-propulsion of hull-propellerrudder are verified.The feasibility of numerical and grid division method is proved.Then,the unsteady bearing forces of propeller are simulated in four conditions of infinite water and different restricted water areas.The results show that with the decrease of water depth and ship-bank distance,the fluctuation of thrust coefficient and torque coefficient increase gradually,and the unsteady bearing force components change periodically with time and the frequency-domain fluctuation frequency is the same,The peak fluctuation of torque coefficient and vertical moment coefficient is the largest;In addition,the fluctuation amplitude of BPF,2 BPF and 3 BPF varies differently with the decrease of water depth and ship-bank distance.
