摘　　要：从理论研究与实际工作两个方面论述了当前图书馆馆藏质量控制的现状;从客观和主观两方面分析了馆藏质量控制的主要障碍因素。认为提高全员的质量意识,加强人员素质控制、馆藏选择控制、工作流程控制和馆藏评价等多方面的综合控制,是做好互联网+环境下图书馆馆藏质量控制工作的主要对策。This paper discusses the current situation of library collection quality control from two aspects of theoretical research and practical work.The main obstacle factors of collection quality control are analyzed from both objective and subjective aspects.It is considered that improving the quality consciousness of all staff and strengthening the comprehensive control of personnel quality control,collection selection control,work flow control and collection evaluation are the main countermeasures for library collection quality control under the Internet accelerated speed environment.
