域外“在线健康社区”的经验及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：随着“互联网+医疗”的快速发展,公众使用互联网获取健康信息已成为常态。但不可忽视的客观现实是,“互联网+医疗”信息的来源、质量、公众对于信息的接收能力和用户隐私权保护等问题日益凸显。有鉴于此,从在线健康社区的概念界定入手,阐释其价值,并在域外在线健康社区经验借鉴及本土化的基础上,对国内健康网站信息质量、多领域信息处理及健康数据信息安全等问题进行探讨,并提出改进策略,以期为“互联网+医疗”发展提供有益参考。With the development of the“Internet+Medical Care”,public obtain health information using the Internet has become the norm.However,the objective reality that cannot be ignored is that the source and quality of the“Internet+Medical”information,the public’s ability to receive information,and the privacy protection of user are becoming increasingly prominent.Based on this,this paper expounded the value of online health community from its definition.On the basis of the online health community experience and localization,explored some issues,such as the information quality of domestic health website,multidomain information processing,and health data information security.And proposed improvement strategies to provide a useful reference for the development of“Internet+Medical Care”.
