摘　　要：探究新冠肺炎疫情下,临床一线护理人员的生命态度现状和影响因素,为帮助护理人员树立正确的生死观获得基础资料。采用随机抽样法,选取在一线抗击新冠肺炎的128名护理人员,运用一般情况调查问卷、中文版死亡态度描绘量表(修订版,DAP-R)进行调查。一线临床护理人员死亡态度条目总得分为(96.17±16.50)分,其中避免死亡维度条目均分最高,为(3.71±0.74)分,逃离接受维度条目均分最低,为(2.90±0.77)分;职称和学历是影响抗击新冠肺炎临床护理人员死亡态度的主要因素,经组间比较和多元逐步回归分析,影响护理人员死亡态度的主要因素为职称。经过分析可认为,在疫情背景下,一线护理人员的死亡态度持负性接受现状,主要受疫情、职称、学历及其教育培训方式的影响。建议应重视护理人员的生命教育,定制合适的培训方案,帮助护理人员树立正确的价值观。To investigate the status and influencing factors of life and death attitudes of nurses in clinical front-line fight against COVID-19 in the epidemic situation of COVID-19,and to lay the foundation for better motivation of nurses to establish a correct view of life and death.A random sampling method was used to select 128 nursing staff who were in the first line to fight against COVID-19.The general situation questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Death Attitude Mapping Scale(Revised Edition,DAP-R)were used to investigation.The total score of the firstline clinical nursing staff’s death attitude items was(96.17±16.50)points,of which the death-dimension avoidance item had the highest average score(3.71±0.74)points,and the escape-acceptance item had the lowest average score(2.90±0.77)points;professional titles and academic qualifications are the important factors affecting the attitude towards death of clinical nursing staff against COVID-19,after group comparison and multiple stepwise regression analysis,the main factor influencing the death attitude of nursing staff is professional title.Under the epidemic environment,the death attitude of front-line nursing staff is negatively accepted,which is mainly affected by the epidemic situation,professional title,academic qualification,and education and training methods.Hospital administrators should pay attention to the life education of nursing staff and construct appropriate training programs to help nursing staff establish correct values.
