摘　　要：在《〈黑格尔法哲学批判〉导言》中,马克思把“宗教”和“思辨哲学”作为靶子进行揭露和批判,虽然通篇没有出现“意识形态”术语,但是蕴涵着马克思主义意识形态观的基本原理:颠倒的世界产生颠倒的世界意识,对迄今为止政治意识形式的坚决反抗只有一个解决办法(实践),理论解放具有特殊的实践意义。这些基于形成根源、克服途径、功能作用所揭示出来的意识形态基本原理,表明早在《德法年鉴》时期,马克思的意识形态批判、意识形态概念就已经达到了“原则高度”,否定性的概念内涵呼之欲出,其所欠缺的一是正式命名,二是来自唯物史观的系统论证和重新表述。In the Introduction to critique of Hegel’s philosophy of law(Introduction for short).Marx exposes and criticizes“religion”and“speculative philosophy”as targets.Although there are no“ideology”terms,Introduction contains the basic principle of Marxist ideology:the inverted world produces the inverted world consciousness;practice is the most thorough revolutionary form;theoretical liberation is of special practical significance;it is urgent to expose the domination of capital over individuals.These basic principles of ideology show that Marx’s ideology in this period has reached a historical height.
