东莞市科技企业利用境外资本市场加快发展的研究

摘　　要：近年来,由于国家政策调整等一系列因素,企业在国内资本市场融资面临诸多困难;而境外证券市场具有包容性强、发行效率高等便利条件,成为一些企业上市融资的选择。目前,东莞市GDP排名靠前,经济总量较大,但上市企业数量较广东、深圳等城市差距很大,甚至少于经济规模远小于东莞的其他城市,因此鼓励和支持东莞企业境外上市很有必要。In recent years,due to a series of factors such as national policy adjustment,enterprises are faced with many difficulties in financing in the domestic capital market.The overseas securities market,with its strong inclusiveness and high issuance efficiency,has become the choice for some enterprises to list and raise funds.At present,Dongguan's GDP ranks high and its economic aggregate is large.However,the number of listed companies in Dongguan is very different from that of cities such as Guangdong and Shenzhen,and even less than some cities whose economic scale is much smaller than that of Dongguan.Therefore,it is necessary to encourage and support Dongguan companies to list overseas.
