摘  要:员工积极参与环境保护对企业环保实践有极大的推动作用,本文通过对物流企业210名员工进行问卷调查,以领导环境支持为自变量,试图探究其对员工环境组织公民行为的影响机制。结果表明,领导环境支持与环境组织公民行为正相关,工作态度对环境组织公民行为正相关,且具有显著的中介作用;环境管理实践在领导环境支持和环境组织公民行为之间具有一定的调节作用。Employees'active participation in environmental protection greatly promotes a company's environmental protection practice.Based on a questionnaire survey of 210 employees in a logistics company,with perceived leadership support as an independent variable,an attempt was made to explore its impact mechanism on employees'organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.The results show that perceived leadership support is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior for the environment,and job attitude is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior for the environment,and has a significant mediating effect.Environmental management practices have a certain moderating effect between perceived leadership support and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.
