摘　　要：面对百年未有的新冠肺炎疫情,不同国家的防疫效果已然成为检验国家民主制度与治理能力的“试金石”。中美防疫模式与效果的显著差异充分彰显了中国民主政治的理论优势:一是中国民主政治理论实事求是、与时俱进的优势;二是洋为中用、扬弃西方民主理论的包容性优势;三是坚持以人民为中心的民主政治价值优势;四是发展和创新马克思主义民主观所形成的中国特色社会主义民主理论效能优势。In the face of the outbreak of COVID-19,a kind of epidemic which has never been seen in a century,the effectiveness of epidemic prevention in different countries has become a“touchstone”to test the democratic system and governance capabilities of countries.The significant difference between the epidemic prevention modes and effectiveness of China and the United States fully demonstrates the theoretical advantages of China’s democratic politics.The first is the advantage of seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times in the theory of Chinese democratic politics;the second is the advantage of inclusiveness in making foreign countries serve China and abandoning western democratic principles;the third is the advantage of adhering to the people-centered democratic political values;the fourth is the efficiency advantage of socialist democracy theory with Chinese characteristics formed by developing and innovating Marxist democratic theory.
