固肾活血安胎法联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察固肾活血安胎法联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法:将60例先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予黄体酮肌注治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合固肾活血安胎中药方治疗,7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,比较两组患者阴道出血时间、治疗后绒毛膜下血肿缩小面积及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96.67%高于对照组76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组治疗后血肿缩小面积大于对照组,治疗组阴道出血时间短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:固肾活血安胎法联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿临床疗效确切,能缩小血肿面积、减少阴道出血时间,较单纯使用黄体酮注射液治疗更具优势。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of reinforcing kidney,activating blood and miscarriage prevention therapy and progesterone on threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma.Methods:60 cases of patients with threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone,while the treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine recipe for reinforcing kidney,activating blood and miscarriage prevention on the basis of control group.7 days as a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,vaginal bleeding time,reduced area of subchorionic hematoma after treatment and clinical efficacy of patients were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After the treatment group was treated,the reduced area of hematoma of treatment group was greater than that of control group,the vaginal bleeding time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of reinforcing kidney,activating blood and miscarriage prevention therapy and progesterone on threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma is definite,which can reduce the area of hematoma and the time of vaginal bleeding,and has more advantages than simple progesterone injection.
