摘　　要：本文以西安市某城市建设项目为例,对城市水土流失问题进行了阐述,论述了城市水土流失危害,如破坏城市生态环境、危害城市排水设施、影响城市气候变化、增加地表径流、制约城市经济发展,等等。在此基础上提出了城市水土流失防治措施,有助于推动城市生态环境建设的可持续性发展。This article takes one urban construction project in Xi’an as an example to elaborate on the problem of urban soil and water loss,and discuss the hazards of urban soil and water loss,such as destroying the urban ecological environment,harming urban drainage facilities,affecting urban climate change,increasing surface runoff,and restricting the economic development of the city.On this basis,measures for the prevention and control of urban soil and water loss are proposed,which will promote the sustainable development of urban ecological environment construction.
