摘  要:导体表面粗糙度是影响高频传输线性能的重要因素,需对其进行准确的建模表征。介绍了用于提取传输线导体等效电导率的几种典型的表面粗糙度模型,包括表象模型、雪球模型、梯度模型以及半解析梯度模型,并对各模型的特点分别进行了讨论。基于介质中埋置导线的典型案例,对半解析梯度模型的有效性和准确性进行了验证,模型预测结果与实验测试结果吻合较好。综合上述分析,半解析梯度模型具有准确性高、适用性强等特点,可为高频传输线的准确建模提供可靠途径。The surface roughness of the conductor is an important factor affecting the performance of highfrequency transmission lines,and accurate modeling and characterization of it are necessary.This paper introduces several typical surface roughness models for extracting equivalent conductivity of conductors,including phenomenological model,snowball model,gradient model,and semi-analytical gradient model.The characteristics of each model are also discussed.Based on the typical case of embedded wires in the medium,the validity and accuracy of the semi-analytical gradient model are verified,and the model prediction results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Based on the above analysis,the semi-analytical gradient model has the characteristics of high accuracy and strong applicability,which can provide a reliable way for accurate modeling of high-frequency transmission lines.
