摘 要:【目的】探究富山武装乌贼(Enoploteuthis chunii)和相拟钩腕乌贼(Abralia similis)的生物生态学特性,为掌握西北太平洋枪乌贼类种群分布及其生物学特性提供资料参考。【方法】根据2019年9月“淞航”号远洋综合调查船西北太平洋调查航次采集的生物样本,采用数理统计方法初步分析富山武装乌贼和相拟钩腕乌贼在西北太平洋的分布特点,以及体质量-胴长关系和体征变化等生物学特征。【结果】富山武装乌贼和相拟钩腕乌贼均主要分布在水温较低、叶绿素a浓度较高的黑潮-亲潮过渡区,在黑潮水域及其南部水域的分布较少。富山武装乌贼胴长为11~49 mm,体质量为276~5775 mg;相拟钩腕乌贼胴长为10~36 mm,体质量为345~2761 mg;两者均在黑潮-亲潮过渡区分布的个体体型为最大。富山武装乌贼和相拟钩腕乌贼的体质量与胴长均呈显著的幂函数关系,拟合关系b值小于匀速生长b=3的假设。两者体征均随着体质量增大而趋好,并且在黑潮-亲潮过渡区的个体体征较佳。【结论】西北太平洋富山武装乌贼和相拟钩腕乌贼在9月份主要分布在黑潮-亲潮过渡区,利用该过渡区作为索饵育肥场,生长发育处于负异速生长期。【Objective】To investigate the bio-ecological characteristics of Enoploteuthis chunii and Abralia similis and to provide a reference for better understanding the population distribution and biology of enoploteuthid cephalopods living in the northwest Pacific.【Method】Based on the northwestern Pacific biologial scientific survey of“SONGHANG”distant water research vessel in September 2019,preliminary studies with respect to the spatial distribution,the relationship between body weight and mantle length,and the body condition change were analyzed for both E.chunii and A.similis.【Result】Both species were found abundant in the Kuroshio-Oyashio Transition Zone which is characterized by low water temperature but high chlorophyll-a concentration,while the abundance was relative low over the Kuroshio Current as well as the southern part of the current.Enoploteuthis chunii were measured 11-49 mm mantle length(ML)and weighed 276-5775 mg body weight(BW),and A.similis were 10-36 mm ML and 345-2761 mg BW.Both species were found larger body size in the Kuroshio-Oyashio Transition Zone.The body weight of both species was regressed on their respective mantle length using the power formula,in which the coefficient b value was significantly smaller than the hypothesized isometric growth b value(b=3).The body condition,represented as the residuals of body weight-mantle length relationship,was significantly correlated with the body weight,with an increasing trend with increasing body weight.In addition,individuals with better body condition were also found in the Kuroshio-Oyashio Trantion Zone.【Conclusion】In September,Enoploteuthis chunii and A.simili both inhabit mostly in the Kuroshio-Oyashio Trantion Zone in the northwest Pacific,probably taking advantage of the high productivity there,and show negative allometric growth.
