摘  要:【目的】针对船舶维修中存在的不能同时兼顾设备寿命规律和状态信息,造成维修过剩或维修不足等问题,探寻优化船舶维修策略,提高船舶部件维修的经济性。【方法】充分考虑船舶部件的运行环境、维修记录、工作载荷和状态信息等多种因素,结合部件的寿命数据建立威布尔比例风险模型。根据可靠性要求确定船舶部件维修时机,同时通过设定机会维修可靠度阀值,建立基于威布尔比例风险模型的状态—机会维修时机决策模型。【结果与结论】以某货运船的齿轮箱、主轴前轴承和后轴承的维修问题为例,所提出的模型与其余3种维修策略相比,分别可节省9.4%、4.1%、3.4%的维修费用,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性,可为船舶关键部件的检修提供理论依据和实践参考。【Objective】In ship repair cannot both consider the life rule of equipment and state information,causing problems of overmaintenance and undermaintenance.Study and optimize ship maintenance strategy to improve the economy of ship parts maintenance.【Method】Consideration should be given to various factors such as operating environment,maintenance record,working load and state information of ship components,Weibull proportional hazard model is established based on the life data of components.Determine the timing of repair of ship components according to reliability requirements.At the same time,the opportunity maintenance reliability threshold is set,a state-opportunity maintenance timing decision model based on Weibull proportional hazard model is established.【Result and Conclusion】Taking the maintenance of the gearbox,front bearing and back bearing of the main shaft of a freight ship as an example,compared with the other three maintenance strategies,the proposed model can save 9.4%,4.1%and 3.4%maintenance costs respectively.The results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.Further,it provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the maintenance of key parts of a ship.
