摘　　要：在世界兽医器械产业格局中,日本占据着非常重要的地位,市场份额超过15%,技术水平处于世界顶端。日本的兽医器械产业法律完善,权责分明,产品质量和安全性管理流程清晰。我国畜牧业和宠物医疗市场的发展对兽医器械的数量和质量都提出了更高要求。因此,调查研究日本的兽医器械监管情况,对我国的行业监管具有重要借鉴价值。本文介绍了日本兽医器械监管体系及监管经验,以期为我国实现兽医器械的规范化管理提供参考。The veterinary instrument industry in Japan has played an important role in the world,accounting for above 15%market share with top technology,which is attributed to complete legislation,clear authorities and responsibilities,definite supervision system of product quality and safety.In China,however,the number and quality of veterinary instruments are much requested by the development of livestock industry and pet medical markets.Therefore,it would be a valuable reference to investigate and study the status of supervision over veterinary instruments in Japan.In the paper,relevant supervision system and experience in Japan were introduced,with a view to providing a reference for standardized supervision of veterinary instruments in China.
