摘　　要：河北省作为中国工业大省,钢铁、水泥、玻璃等重工业产业一直是其经济支柱。目前,河北重工业产能过剩形势比较严峻,“走出去”则是化解产能过剩的重要途径之一。河北钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称河钢集团)通过自身摸索,探索出一条适合本企业“走出去”的成功发展之路,其模式经验可为河北其他重工业企业提供良好的借鉴作用。因此,立足于河北实际,结合“一带一路”倡议,通过系统剖析总结河钢集团践行“走出去”战略的实践成果,梳理河北重工业企业“走出去”面临的机遇和挑战,以期为河北重工业企业实施“走出去”战略提出有效的措施建议。Hebei Province is a large industrial province with heavy industries such as steel, cement, and glass as its economic pillars.At present, Hebei heavy industry faces the severe overcapacity, and"Going Out"is one of the important ways to resolve the overcapacity.Hebei Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. has explored a successful development path suitable for the company ’s"Going Out"through its own exploration. Its model experience can provide a good reference for other heavy industrial enterprises in Hebei. Therefore, this article is based on the actual situation in Hebei, combined with the initiative of the "Belt and Road", and systematically summarizes the practical results of the implementation of the"Going Out"strategy of Hebei Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. Put forward effective measures and suggestions for the heavy industry enterprises in Hebei to implement the"Going Out"strategy.
