摘  要:采用功能性动作筛查(FMS)方法对12名高水平女篮运动员进行测试,并对结果进行定量评估和方差分析,结果显示:受试者的FMS平均得分为16.67±2.02分,高于损伤风险临界值14分;受试运动员的深蹲、跨栏步、躯干稳定俯卧撑得分明显低于其他项目成绩;有41.7%的运动员存在不对称动作,16.7%的运动员存在疼痛,50%的运动员存在严重动作缺陷。说明受试运动员整体受伤风险不高,但其肢体的协调性、灵活性、身体核心部位的稳定性以及双侧髋的对称性存在不足,需在日常专项体能训练中设计一系列的功能性进阶动作,同时,分阶段交替进行纠正训练与功能性动作筛查,以加强运动员的基本动作能力,最大程度地消除损伤隐患。研究表明,在高水平女篮运动员日常训练中应用FMS,能够发现运动员的动作缺陷及其限制因素,进而提出针对性训练策略,帮助运动员提升运动表现能力。12 high-level female basketball players were tested by functional movement screening(FMS),and the results were quantitatively evaluated and analyzed by variance.The results show that the average score of FMS was 16.67±2.02,which was 14 points higher than the critical value of injury risk;scores of DS,HS and TSPU were all significantly lower than those of other events;41.7%of the athletes had asymmetric movements,16.7%had pain,and 50%had serious movement defects.It indicates that athletes are not at high risk of overall injury,but there are deficiencies in either coordination and flexibility of their limbs,stability of their core body parts or symmetry of their bilateral hips.It is therefore necessary to have a series of functional advanced movements designed for their daily special physical fitness training,and corrective training and staged functional movement screening carried out to strengthen their basic movement ability,and eliminate potential damage to the greatest extent.The research shows that the application of FMS in the daily training of high-level female basketball players helps find their movement defects and hindering factors,and helps training strategies targeted to improve their performance.
