摘 要:传统的芳烃分离技术是采用两个串联精馏塔对混合芳烃中苯和甲苯组分进行分离的,但是这种工艺中设备占地面积大、投资高、装置运行能耗高,已经不适应现代化工工艺发展趋势。间壁式精馏塔在国内外已有较多的应用,但在苯和甲苯分离工艺中的应用还不甚广泛。本文阐述了间壁式精馏塔的芳烃分离工艺应用的情况及改进方向,表明了间壁式精馏塔在苯-甲苯分离工艺的应用已成为大势所趋。The traditional separation technology of aromatic hydrocarbons is to separate benzene and toluene from mixed aromatic hydrocarbons by using two series distillation columns.But in this process,the equipment occupies a large area,the investment is high,and the energy consumption is high.It has not adapted to the development trend of modern chemical technology.The divided wall column has been widely used at home and abroad,but it is not widely used in the separation of benzene and toluene.In this paper,the application and improvement direction of aromatics separation technology in divided-wall column are described.It is indicated that the application of the wall distillation column in the separation process of benzene and toluene has become the general trend.
