曦曦爱HPV-1抑菌凝胶联合CO_(2)激光治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究曦曦爱HPV-1抑菌凝胶联合二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光对女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者的治疗效果,探讨其临床应用价值。方法370例女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组185例。对照组采用单纯CO_(2)激光治疗组,观察组采用曦曦爱HPV-1抑菌凝胶联合CO_(2)激光治疗组。观察2组的总有效率、HPV转阴率、复发率、炎性因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]和免疫功能[CD+4/CD+8、CD+3、CD+4]分析。结果观察组总有效率显著性高于对照组(P=0.000);观察组HPV转阴率显著高于对照组(P=0.000);观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P=0.000)。此外,观察组血清IL-6,TNF-α以及CRP水平显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CD+4/CD+8、CD+3和CD+4细胞水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于单纯CO_(2)激光治疗,曦曦爱HPV-1抑菌凝胶联合CO_(2)激光治疗对外阴尖锐湿疣具有更好的治疗效果,并可以降低机体炎性反应,提高免疫功能,可应用于临床外阴尖锐湿疣的预防和治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of XiXiAi HPV-1 gynecological antibacterial gel combined with CO_(2) laser on condyloma acuminatum of female vulva.Methods A total of 370 patients with female condyloma acuminatum who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 185 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by CO_(2) laser,while those in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by XiXiAi HPV-1 gynecological antibacterial gel.The total effective rate,HPV negative conversion rate,recurrence rate,inflammatory factors and immunologic function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96.8%,which was significantly higher than that(63.8%)in control group(P<0.01).The HPV negative conversion rate in observation group was 87.0%which was significantly higher than that(53.0%)in control group(P<0.01),and the recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(18.4%vs 42.7%,P<0.01).In addition,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the levels of CD+4/CD+8,CD+3 and CD+4cells were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple CO_(2) laser therapy,the combined treatment of XiXiAi HPV-1 gynecological antibacterial gel with CO_(2) laser in treatment of female condyloma acuminatum has better curative effects,which can reduce inflammatory response and enhance immunologic function,therefor,which can be applied to clinical prevention and treatment of vulval condyloma acuminatum.
