摘 要:环状RNA(circRNA)是一种由于反向剪接所形成的具有共价闭环结构的内源性非编码RNA。随着二代测序技术及生物信息学的发展,近年来circRNA已成为非编码RNA研究领域中的明星分子。目前研究发现circRNA可在多种疾病如癌症、心血管疾病、免疫疾病等中发挥生物学功能,具有作为生物标志物的潜力。其作用方式包括充当miRNA海绵、与蛋白质相互结合、作为转录调节因子及编码蛋白等。现就circRNA的生物合成、特性、生物学功能以及circRNA在心血管疾病中的研究现状做一综述。Circular RNA(circRNA)is an endogenous non-coding RNA with a covalent closed loop structure formed by reverse splicing.With the development of second generation sequencing technology and bioinformatics,circRNA has become a star molecule in the field of non-coding RNA research in recent years.Current studies have found that circRNA can play biological functions in a variety of diseases,including cancers,cardiovascular diseases,immune diseases.And it has the potential as biomarkers.Its action(function)modes include acting as a miRNA sponge,binding to proteins,acting as transcriptional regulators,and encoding proteins.This article reviews the biosynthesis,characteristics,biological functions of circRNA and the research status of circRNA in cardiovascular diseases.
