摘 要:环状RNA(circRNA)是一种具有共价闭环结构的非编码RNA,可作为竞争性内源RNA结合微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)而间接调控miRNA靶基因的表达。通过参与肝脏中脂肪酸β氧化、脂质合成、胰岛素抵抗和星状细胞活化,circRNA发挥对非酒精性脂肪肝疾病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)发生发展的调控作用。该文综述了近年来circRNA在该领域的研究进展,有望为NAFLD的诊断治疗提供新的分子标记物和药物治疗的潜在靶点。The circular RNAs are non-coding RNAs with covalently closed loop structure,which can bind to microRNAs(miRNAs)as competitive endogenous RNA to indirectly regulate the expression of miRNA target genes.CircRNAs play a regulatory role in the occurrence and progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)by participating in beta-oxidation of fatty acids,lipid synthesis,insulin resistance and stellate cell activation in liver.NAFLD has been found to have a high prevalence in the elderly.In this article,the recent advance research of circRNA in the research area of NAFLD for the past few years has been summarized,which is expected to provide new molecular markers and potential therapy targets for the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD.
