摘  要:N,N-二(2-乙基己基)硫代二甘酰胺酸(HDEHSDGA,简称AH)是一种具备羧酸类及酰胺荚醚类萃取剂活性基团的新型萃取剂。研究了以煤油为稀释剂,以HDEHSDGA为萃取剂,从溶液中萃取Er(NO_(3))_(3),考察了接触时间、水相pH、硝酸根浓度及温度对萃取的影响,并采用斜率法和光谱法分析了萃取机制和萃合物的组成。结果表明:水相pH高于2.2有利于HDEHSDGA萃取Er(Ⅲ),萃取反应为吸热反应,升高温度有利于反应进行;HDEHSDGA以离子交换方式萃取Er(Ⅲ),萃合物组成为ErA3。N,N-bis(2-ethylhexyl)thiodiglycolic acid(HDEHSDGA,abbreviated as HA)is a new extractant which has the active group of carboxylic acid and amido pod ether functional group.The extraction of Er(NO_(3))_(3) from aqueous using HDEHSDGA diluted in kerosene as orginic phase was investigated.The effects of contact time,pH of the aqueous phase,nitrate concentration and temperature on the extraction were examinated.The extraction mechanism and composition of the complex were analyzed by slope method and spectrum method.The results show that the pH of the aqueous phase higher than 2.2 is conducive to the extraction of Er(Ⅲ)by HDEHSDGA.The extraction reaction is endothermic,and increasing the temperature is good for the progress of the reaction.The extraction mechanism of Er(Ⅲ)by HDEHSDGA is ion exchange,and the extracted species is ErA3.
