摘 要:研究了用电解精炼法从粗铟中去除杂质金属锡铅,考察了阴极板厚度、槽电压、电流密度、电解液pH和电解温度对阴极铟中锡铅含量的影响。结果表明:在阴极板厚度2 mm、槽电压80 mV、电流密度90 A/m^(2)、电解液pH为2.0~2.2、电解温度24~28℃条件下,粗铟一次电解后,阴极铟中锡铅质量分数均小于2×10^(-4)%,达到行业标准YS/T 257—2009中In99.995要求。The Removal of tin and lead impurities from crude indium by electrorefining process was researched.The effects of cathode plate thickness,cell voltage,current density,electrolyte pH and electrolytic temperature on content of tin and lead in cathode indium were examined.The results show that under the conditions of cathode plate thickness of 2 mm,cell voltage of 80 mV,current density of 90 A/m^(2),electrolyte pH of 2.0~2.2,and electrolytic temperature of 24~28℃,by one-step electrorefining,the cathode indium with tin and lead of less than 2×10^(-4)%,which meets the requirements of In99.995 in the industry standard YS/T 257—2009.
