摘 要:研究了采用氧压碱浸—水浸工艺从高砷铅阳极泥中两段脱砷,考察了浸出时间、温度、液固体积质量比等对砷脱除率的影响。结果表明:在液固体积质量比4/1、氢氧化钠质量浓度110 g/L、温度120℃、浸出时间4 h、氧气压力0.8 MPa、搅拌速度500 r/min条件下进行碱浸,在液固体积质量比3/1、温度75℃、浸出时间1 h、搅拌速度500 r/min条件水浸,最终砷脱除率在94%以上,脱砷效果较好。The Removal of arsenic from high arsenic lead anode slime by oxygen pressurized alkaline leaching—water leaching was investigated.The effects of leaching time,temperature and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio on arsenic removal rate by the two-stage leaching process were examined.The results show that the arsenic removal rate is above 94%under alkaline leaching conditions of temperature and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 4/1,NaOH concentration of 110 g/L,temperature of 120℃,leaching time of 4 h,oxygen pressure of 0.8 MPa and stirring speed of 500 r/min;and under water leaching conditions of temperature and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 3/1,temperature of 75℃,leaching time of 1 h and stirring speed of 500 r/min.The removal effect of arsenic is good.
