摘　　要：全媒体党员教育平台的构建能够实现党员教育形式的创新,党员教育内容资源的丰富以及党员教育效率的提升,是抓好基层党建工作,加快工作转型的重要举措。因此,各级各类党组织必须要努力适应时代要求,深入了解全媒体的价值特点,研究全媒体时代下信息传播的规律,不断优化全媒体党员教育平台的构建模式及实践路径。就当前全媒体党员教育平台的构建现状来看,还存在对全媒体的认知程度不深、运用能力不足等问题,本文对以上问题加以简要分析,进而提出全媒体党员教育平台构建的优化路径。The construction of all media Party member education platform can realize the innovation of Party member education form, the enrichment of Party member education content resources and the improvement of Party member education efficiency. It is an important measure to do a good job in grass-roots party construction and accelerate work transformation. Therefore, all kinds of Party organizations at all levels must strive to adapt to the requirements of the times, deeply understand the value characteristics of all media, study the law of information dissemination in the all media era, and constantly optimize the construction mode and practice path of the all media Party member education platform. According to the current situation of the construction of the all media Party member education platform, there are still some problems, such as the lack of cognition and application ability of the all media. This paper briefly analyzes the above problems, and then puts forward the optimization path of the construction of the all media Party member education platform.
