摘　　要：目前远程医疗系统的应用越来越广泛,但是系统存在重复建设、互不兼容等弊端,尚未形成以区域为整体来统一建设的模式。笔者以省级医院为主体,通过科学的架构和功能设计,充分将5G、云计算等技术与高清视频会议相结合,建立集远程预约、会诊、门诊以及手术示教等功能于一体的区域远程医疗系统,以此提升区域整体医疗水平。At present, the application of telemedicine is more and more extensive, but the system has the disadvantages of repeated construction and incompatibility, and the concept of unified construction based on the region as a whole has not yet been formed. This article mainly discusses the establishment of a collection of remote appointments, consultations, outpatient clinics, surgical demonstrations, et al, with provincial hospitals as the main body, through scientific principles, architecture and functional design, making full use of 5 G, cloud computing and other technologies and combining with high-definition video conferences. The regional telemedicine system that integrates functions will definitely play a positive role in improving the overall medical level of the region.
