摘  要:本文对基于云边协同的电解铝出铝全流程运维管控平台进行设计。设计现场可编程逻辑门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)前端管控接口,并构建ARM处理器调度电路完成硬件部分的设计;设计出铝全流程的运行层级结构,利用云边协同的信息技术基础架构库(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,ITIL)技术实现运维管控平台软件部分的设计。实验结果表明,在相同的测试环境下,经过不同小组的测试,得出的运行整合度比值较为平均,这表明平台的运行处于稳定的状态,且对于电解铝出铝流程的整合控制效果也相对较好。This paper designs the whole process operation and maintenance management and control platform of electrolytic aluminum production based on cloud edge cooperation. Design the front-end management and control interface of field programmable gate array(FPGA), build the scheduling circuit of ARM processor, and complete the design of hardware;The operation hierarchical structure of the whole aluminum process is designed, and the software part of the operation and maintenance management and control platform is designed by using the information technology infrastructure library(ITIL) technology of cloud edge collaboration. The experimental results show that under the same test environment, after the tests of different groups, the operation integration ratio is relatively average, which indicates that the operation of the platform is in a stable state, and the integration control effect of electrolytic aluminum production process is relatively good.
