摘　　要：尽管就业难已经成为我国大学生面临的一个重要问题,但医务人员仍然短缺。非重点医学院校医学专业毕业生的就业趋势和发展方向,对该类专业的发展和大学生的职业生涯规划具有重要意义。对河北省某非重点医学院校2017-2019年毕业生人数及就业方向进行分析,结果显示,近3年来,护理和医学影像科学专业毕业生人数明显下降。临床医学、医学影像学、护理学、中医等大部分医学专业学生毕业后继续从事医疗工作的比例明显下降,而药学、口腔医学等专业学生毕业后继续从事医疗工作的比例相对稳定。就医学院校的医学专业就业信息情况进行了分析,对高校进一步提升医学专业毕业生就业率,提高部分专业就业质量进行了探讨,分别从院校拓展就业渠道和毕业生自我竞争力的提升等角度给出了合理建议,以期为医学院校下一步做出合理的招聘和就业规划提供依据,从而更精准的为我国培养更多紧缺人才。Although difficult employment has become an important issue for college students in China,there is still a shortage of medical staff.The employment trends and development direction of graduates from non-key medical colleges in the medical field is of great significance to the development of its kind and the career planning for college students.This paper analyzed the number and employment orientation of graduates from a non-key medical college in Hebei province from 2017 to 2019,and the results showed that the number of student majoring in nursing and medical image science decreased significantly in the past three years.The proportion of graduates in most medical majors,such as clinical medicine,medical image science,nursing and traditional Chinese medicine,who continue to engage in health care after graduation dropped notably,while the proportion in pharmacy and stomatology remained relatively stable.This paper analyzes the employment information of medical specialty in the medical college,further enhances medical graduates employment in colleges and universities,and improves the employment quality of some medical professional.The reasonable advices are given by the different aspects of employment channels expansion and self improvement of graduates and so on,so as to provide a basis for medical colleges and universities to make reasonable recruitment and employment planning in the next step,and cultivate more talents needed for our country more accurately.
