改良体位及自制约束带在神经外科术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨术侧前臂环抱于胸前结合自制上臂约束带应用于神经外科侧卧位手术中的效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月该院收治的130例神经外科侧卧位手术患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例。对照组给予常规手术约束法,观察组给予术侧前臂环抱于胸前结合自制上臂约束带,比较两组N9波异常率、体位摆放时间、体位移动和并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组N9波异常率更低(12.31%vs.0),体位摆放时间更少[(6.43±1.24)min vs.(4.08±0.47)min],体位移动更短[(3.24±0.53)cm vs.0 cm],并发症发生率更低(24.62%vs.7.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良体位及自制约束带的应用效果明显。Objective To investigate the effect of the application of the forearm encircling the chest and the self-made upper arm restraint belt in neurosurgery lateral decubitus position surgery.Methods A total of 130 patients with lateral decubitus surgery from July 2018 to July 2019 in hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operation restraint method,while the observation group was given the operation side forearm encircling in front of the chest combined with self-made upper arm restraint belt.The abnormal rate of N9 wave,position placement time,position movement and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower abnormal rate of N9 wave(12.31%vs.0),less body position time[(6.43±1.24)min vs.(4.08±0.47)min],shorter body position movement[(3.24±0.53)cm vs.0 cm],lower complication rate(24.62%vs.7.69%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of improved posture and self-made restraint belt is remarkable.
