摘　　要：目的梳理2016—2020年国际医院管理研究的研究热点,为促进国内医院管理的发展提供一些借鉴。方法通过检索Web of Science数据库中2016—2020年国际医院管理研究的相关文献,利用文献计量学的方法绘制可视化图谱。结果检索共得到文献2680篇,丹麦Christian Hassager发表的相关论文最多且与其他作者的合作性最强,发文量、被引用频次和连接强度排名前十的绝大多数为西方发达国家的研究机构,国际医院管理研究主要分为4个聚类:医疗安全与医疗质量管理、院前急救与心肺复苏、胸痛管理、社区慢性病管理。2016—2020年国际医院管理研究与实践呈现出三个实践演变阶段。结论研究揭示了国际医院管理研究领域的特征及热点,为国内该领域发展方向提供一些参考。Objective To summarizes the research hotspots of international hospital management research from 2016 to 2020,so as to provide some reference for promoting the development of domestic hospital management.Methods By searching the relevant literatures of international hospital management research from 2016 to 2020 in the web of science database,the visual atlas was drawn by using bibliometric method.Results A total of 2680 literatures were obtained.Christian Hassager published the most relevant papers and cooperated with other authors.Most of the top ten research institutions in terms of published papers,cited frequency and connection strength are from western developed countries.International hospital management research is mainly divided into four clusters:medical safety and medical quality management,pre hospital first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation,chest pain management,community chronic disease management.From 2016 to 2020,the research and practice of international hospital management presents three stages of practice evolution.Conclusion This study reveals the characteristics and hotspots of international hospital management research field,and provides some references for the development direction of this field in China.
