摘　　要：口腔诊疗操作特殊,存在极高交叉感染风险,口腔医院在新冠肺炎疫情防控上面临更大压力和更严责任。医院纪委在新冠疫情期间必须聚焦科学精准监督,切实履行监督检查职责,强化防控督导,保障人民生命安全和身体健康。笔者以浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院纪委为例,全面探索运用网格化监督体系进行疫情防控的有效路径,通过重组织领导、强部署运行、密监督网络加强疫情防控督导工作。结合一年多的防控督导工作经验,提出改进后续督导工作的思考和建议。Dental diagnosis and treatment operations are special,and there is a high risk of cross-infection.Therefore,dental hospitals are facing greater pressure and stricter responsibilities in the prevention and control of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).During the epidemic period,hospital discipline inspection department must focus on scientific and precise supervision,effectively perform its supervision and inspection duties and protect people’s lives and health.This article takes the discipline inspection department of the Stomatology Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example to comprehensively explore the effective paths of using the grid supervision system for epidemic prevention and control.Strengthen the supervision of epidemic prevention and control by focusing on organization and leadership,strengthening deployment and operation,and weaving a dense supervision network.The article puts forward thinking and suggestions for improving follow-up supervision based on the more than one year of experience in supervision of epidemic prevention and control.
