摘　　要：加强党的建设已成为公立医院工作的重中之重。为加强公立医院基层党组织的建设,充分发挥基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用,亟需建立一套公立医院基层党支部的综合考核体系,以加强对党支部的管理与评价。文章主要采用文献评阅法、问卷调查法以及专家咨询法构建考核体系。建立5项一级指标,2项附加特色一级指标,共下设28项二级指标,组成公立医院党支部综合量化考核评价体系,以期为今后公立医院党的建设成效评价提供科学参考。Strengthening the construction of the communist party has become the top priority in the work of public hospitals.In order to fully stimulate the vitality of the primary-level communist party branches and continuously strengthen their vanguard role as a battle fort,it is urgent to establish a set of evaluation system that capable of implementing the management and effective evaluation of their performance.We mainly adopt the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and expert consultation to construct the evaluation system.The study established a comprehensive and quantitative evaluation system that includes five main first-level indicators,two additional characteristic first-level indicators,and a total of 28 second-level indicators.It is expected to provide scientific reference for the future evaluation of the communist party’s construction in public hospitals.
