摘　　要：在“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化和“不忘初心,牢记使命”主题教育常态化背景下,通过制定具体评分细则及管理制度,并将星级与表彰或批评结合,转变党员思想观念,增强组织纪律性,提高工作能力,推动了医院的发展,说明高校附属医院内开展党员评星定级管理实践活动,能够提高新时代党员教育管理规范化精细化水平,对加快高校附属医院发展意义重大。Under the background of the normalization of“two learning and one doing”learning education and the normalization of“never forget the original intention,remember the mission”theme education,the ideology of Party members was changed and organizational discipline was strengthened,and the work ability was improved by formulating specific scoring rules and management system,combining star rating with commendation or criticism.It shows that the practice of Party member rating and grading management in the Affiliated Hospital of universities can improve the standardized and refined level of Party member education and management in the new era,and it is of great significance to accelerate the development of the Affiliated Hospital of colleges and universities.
