摘　　要：目的分析比较按病种分值付费政策培训前后广州市医保住院患者的数据,探讨管理对医院运营的影响。方法回顾性收集和分析广州市某三甲医院2019年1月—2020年12月病种分值培训前后住院患者的住院费用、住院天数、医保结余等对比分析按病种分值付费培训前后的总体运行效率。结果培训前后的住院费用、住院天数、医保结余等的分布差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结构、人员不变的前提下,改变管理可以有效地提高医院运行效率。Objective To analyze and compare the data of inpatients with medical insurance in Guangzhou before and after the training under the policy of the DIP,and to explore the impact of management on hospital operations.Methods To retrospectively collect and analyze the hospitalization expenses,hospitalization days,and medical insurance balances of inpatients before and after the disease score training in a tertiary A hospital in Guangzhou from January 2019 to December 2020.Comparative analysis of the overall operation before and after the training based on the disease scores efficient.Results The distribution of total hospital expenses,length of stay,medical insurance balance,before and after training are all different Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the premise of the same structure and personnel,changing management can effectively improve hospital operation efficiency.
