摘　　要：目的探讨普拉德-威利综合征(Prader-Willi syndrome,PWS)患者行腹腔镜手术的麻醉管理。方法报道1例PWS患者行腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术的麻醉管理,并对近十年发表的相关文献进行分析。结果本例患者通过完善的术前评估、合理的插管方式的选择、术中及术后严密的监测、精准的呼吸及容量管理顺利完成手术。结论通过围术期的个体化处理,PWS患者可顺利完成腹腔镜手术。Objective To explore the anesthesia management of patients with Prader Willi syndrome(PWS)undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods This paper reports a case of anesthesia management of a PWS patient undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.And the related literatures published in recent 10 years were reviewed.Results The patient successfully completed the operation through perfect preoperative evaluation,reasonable selection of intubation methods,strict monitoring during and after the operation,accurate breathing and volume management.Conclusion Patients with PWS can successfully complete laparoscopic surgery through individualized perioperative management.
