摘 要:高频振动载荷和低频摇摆载荷的综合作用是影响船载机电装备可靠性及寿命的主要因素。开展相应载荷下的船载机电装备可靠性模拟试验对装备的研发具有重要意义。调研并分析了多个领域在进行可靠性模拟试验时涉及的试验台架、控制算法及试验方法。结果表明,现有的可靠性模拟试验只在单一振动载荷或者单一摇摆载荷下开展,不适用于模拟船载机电装备的真实工作环境。基于该研究现状,归纳整理出各个领域适用于船载机电装备的可靠性模拟试验技术,并在此基础上提出对船载机电装备今后更为合理的可靠性模拟试验的展望。The comprehensive action of high frequency vibration load and low frequency swing load is the main factor affecting reliability and life of marine electromechanical equipment.It is of great significance to conduct reliability simulation tests of shipborne electromechanical equipment under corresponding loads.Here,test benches,control algorithms and test methods involved in reliability simulation tests in many fields were reviewed.The results showed that the existing reliability simulation tests at present are conducted only under single vibration load or single swing load,they are not suitable for simulating the actual working environment of marine electromechanical equipment.Based on the current studying situation,reliability simulation test technologies applicable to marine electromechanical equipment in various fields were summarized here,and more reasonable prospects of reliability simulation tests in the future were proposed.
