摘  要:本文针对TiFe合金抗毒化能力差的缺点进行试验研究,使用不同纯度的氢气对合金做分析比对试验,详细给出了在更换氢气后合金的具体衰退数据以及材料的PCT曲线,发现纯度不同的氢气对合金衰减率有重大影响,且会影响TiFe合金的储氢能力与储氢量。分析了可能造成TiFe储氢合金寿命衰退的原因。In this paper,the disadvantage of poor anti-poisoning ability of TiFe alloy is studied.The comparison tests of the alloy between different purity hydrogen gases are introduced.The specific decay data of the alloy after replacing hydrogen and the PCT curve of the material are given out in detail.It is concluded that the purities of hydrogen gases have a significant effect on the decay rate of the alloy which will in turn affect the hydrogen storage capacity of the TiFe alloy.Finally,the reasons that may cause the life decline of TiFe hydrogen storage alloy are analyzed.
