摘 要:针对车载充电机的DC/DC变换器电路,本文对全桥LLC串联谐振DC/DC变换器进行了研究。通过对全桥LLC串联谐振电路数学模型的搭建,基于直流增益特性曲线设计其谐振网络电路,最终通过实验样机证明LLC串联谐振变换器实现前级电路的ZVS和后级整流电路的ZCS,提升整机的效率,可达到96%。Aiming at the DC/DC converter for electric vehicle battery charger,the study on full-bridge LLC series resonant DC/DC converter was introduced.Through the construction of the mathematical model of the full-bridge LLC series resonant circuit,the resonant network circuit is designed based on the DC gain characteristic curve.Finally,the test waveform of the experimental prototype is presented and analyzed,which prove that the LLC series resonant converter can realize the ZVS of the front circuit and ZCS of the rear rectifier very well,and the efficiency of the whole machine is improved(up to 96%).
