摘　　要：目的观察心脉通胶囊联合西药治疗原发性高血压早期心肾损害的临床疗效。方法选取180例原发性高血压早期心肾损害病人,分为观察组(120例)与对照组(60例)。两组均给予常规西药降压治疗,观察组加服心脉通胶囊,疗程为12周。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、诊室血压、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)、估测肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、左心房舒张末期内径(LAEDD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室质量(LVM)、左室质量指数(LVMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等变化情况。结果治疗后观察组中医证候积分、诊室血压、mAlb、ACR、hs-CRP明显下降,eGFR升高,TG、TC、LDL-C明显降低,LAEDD、LVM、LVMI明显改善,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脉通胶囊联合西药治疗原发性高血压早期心肾损害病人,可有效改善中医证候,降低血压,调脂,抗炎,改善心肾功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinmaitong capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with early essential hypertension heart and kidney damage.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with early essential hypertension heart and kidney damage were randomly divided into observation group(120 cases)and control group(60 cases).The patients in both groups were given conventional western medicine for antihypertensive treatment,and the patients in observation group were added with Xinmaitong capsules.After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,office blood pressure,urinary microalbumin(mAlb),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),left atrial end-diastolic dimension(LAEDD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular mass(LVM),left ventricular wall mass index(LVMI),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and other data were observed.Results After treatment,compared with control group,TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure,mAlb,ACR,and hs-CRP decreased significantly,eGFR increased significantly,TG,TC,and LDL-C decreased significantly,LAEDD,LVM,and LVMI improved significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinmaitong capsule combined with western medicine can effectively improve symptoms,reduce blood pressure,regulate lipid,suppress inflammation,and improve heart and kidney function in patients with early essential hypertension heart and kidney damage.
