摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎自报道以来已经在世界范围广泛流行,集中隔离或居家隔离是疫情防控中十分重要的组成部分,现有研究表明大量被隔离者睡眠质量下降。SD-265法是一种中医与现代睡眠医学结合的灵活有效的方法,是在“天人合一、阴平阳秘”的思想指导下,充分考虑环境和人体的昼夜特点。结合中药药物剂型合理转换应用、传统功法和现代睡眠医学的认知行为治疗形成的一套以中医整体观为指导,突出医患互动治疗为特点的睡眠紊乱干预方法。将此方法应用于改善被隔离者睡眠获得较好的疗效,值得进一步研究完善和推广应用。Since the report of New Coronavirus pneumonia has been widely spread around the world,centralized isolation or home isolation is a very important part of epidemic prevention and control.Existing studies have shown that a large number of isolated people have decreased sleep quality.Sd-265 method is a flexible and effective method of combining traditional Chinese medicine with modern sleep medicine.It is under the guidance of the idea of“harmony between man and nature,peace of yin and mystery of Yang”,and fully considers the day and night characteristics of environment and human body.The set of sleep disorder intervention methods,which is guided by the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine and characterized by doctor-patient interaction,is formed by combining the rational conversion and application of traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms,traditional methods and cognitive behavior therapy of modern sleep medicine.This method can be used to improve the sleep of the isolated people,which is worthy of further research and application.
