摘　　要：在整车虚拟集成开发中,干涉检查始终是一项非常重要的工作,它直接影响到车辆的安全、质量、开发成本。本文对几种不容易发现的干涉风险问题进行了研究,如极限情况的运动干涉、悬臂零件的位置偏差、制造偏差的传递影响、零件制造偏差、不常注意到的运动件、管线的实际位置偏差等几种情况。对干涉检查工作做了完善补充,这对后续项目有很大的帮助。In vehicle virtual integrated development,the interference check is always a very important task,which directly aff ects the vehicle's safety,quality,and cost of development.This paper described several kinds of risk,which is not easy to fi nd such as limiting cases of motion interference,the position deviation of the cantilever parts,manufacturing deviation transfer eff ect,and parts manufacturing deviation.Problems like the actual location of the moving parts,actual location deviation of pipelines are not often noticed.The article complements the interference inspection work and is of great help to the subsequent project.
