摘  要:随着汽车技术的高速发展和对技术技能的迫切需求,原有汽车类专业人才的培养内容和方式需要进一步优化和调整。针对汽车类专业的特点,在新常态、新经济要求下,在原有人才培养模式基础上,改革和创新人才培养模式,创新人才培养理念,适时调整人才培养目标,优化专业课程设置,创建具有区域特色的“工学四合”产教融合模式。通过确立专业教学与企业需求和岗位实践相结合,课程内容与职业标准相结合,教学内容与企业生产内容相结合,职业证书与职业资格相结合的人才培养模式,保证学生快速完成“学生→学徒→准员工→员工”的角色转变,实现零距离就业。With the rapid development of automobile technology and the urgent demand for technical skills,the original content and methods of training automotive professionals need to be further optimized and adjusted.Aiming at the characteristics of automotive majors,under the requirements of the new normal and the new economy,on the basis of the original talent training model,the article reforms and innovates the talent training model,innovates the concept of talent training,adjusts the talent training target in time,optimizes the professional curriculum setting,and creates a regional"engineering and learning four-in-one"mode of integration of production and education.Through the establishment of a talent training model that combines professional teaching with corporate needs and job practice,curriculum content with professional standards,teaching content with corporate production content,and vocational certifi cate and vocational qualifi cations,students can quickly complete the"student→apprenticeship"→The role of“prospective employees→employees”is changed to realize zero-distance employment.
