八宝丹胶囊联合替诺福韦治疗乙型病毒性肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究八宝丹胶囊联合替诺福韦治疗乙型病毒性肝炎的临床效果。方法将100例乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用替诺福韦治疗,观察组采用替诺福韦联合八宝丹胶囊治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗4周后的肝功能指标[总胆红素(TBil)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)],并统计两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,两组的血清TBil、TBA、AST、ALT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的血清TBil、TBA、AST、ALT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组的不良反应发生率(8.00%vs.4.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论八宝丹胶囊联合替诺福韦治疗乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效确切,可明显改善患者的肝功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Babaodan capsules combined with tenofovir in the treatment of viral hepatitis B.Methods 100 patients with viral hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tenofovir,and the observation group was treated with tenofovir combined with Babaodan capsules.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The liver function indicators[total bilirubin(TBil),total bile acid(TBA),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)]before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidences of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were counted.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the TBil,TBA,AST and ALT levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the TBil,TBA,AST and ALT levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,no statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(8.00%vs.4.00%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Babaodan capsules combined with tenofovir in the treatment of viral hepatitis B has exact efficacy,and can significantly improve the liver function of patients,with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
