体位引流治疗小儿支气管扩张的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析体位引流治疗小儿支气管扩张的效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的支气管扩张患儿74例,随机平均分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用体位引流治疗。两组患儿均维持用药2周。观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组体温恢复时间、血象指标恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用体位引流治疗小儿支气管扩张具有明显的临床效果,可有效改善其临床症状,抑制炎性反应,减少呼吸道再次感染的情况,从而促进肺功能尽早恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of postural drainage in the treatment of children with bronchiectasis.Methods 74 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group equally.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group was treated with postural drainage.Both groups maintained the medication for 2 weeks.The treatment effects of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The body temperature recovery time,hemogram index recovery time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Postural drainage in the treatment of children with bronchiectasis has obvious clinical effect,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,inhibit the inflammatory reactions,and reduce the reinfection of respiratory tract,so as to promote the early recovery of lung function,which is worthy of promotion and application.
