基于时间理念的护理策略对脑动脉瘤介入治疗患者术后运动功能及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于时间理念的护理策略对脑动脉瘤介入治疗患者术后运动功能及生存质量的影响。方法将82例脑动脉瘤介入治疗患者按照护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于时间理念的护理策略。比较两组患者的运动功能及生存质量。结果护理后6个月,两组的FMA评分均高于护理前,且观察组的FMA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后6个月,观察组的SF-36量表各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于时间理念的护理策略可有效改善脑动脉瘤介入治疗患者术后运动功能,提高其生存质量。Objective To explore the influence of nursing strategy based on time concept on postoperative motor function and quality of life of patients with cerebral aneurysm interventional therapy.Methods 82 patients with cerebral aneurysm interventional therapy were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing strategy based on time concept on the basis of the control group.The motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results 6 months after nursing,the FMA scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).6 months after nursing,the scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing strategy based on time concept can effectively improve the postoperative motor function and the quality of life of patients with cerebral aneurysm interventional therapy.
