摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理在降低食管癌长期鼻饲患者感染率中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年1月上海市胸科医院均确诊为食管癌后出现进食困难放置鼻胃管需长期(>1个月)进行肠内营养的患者60例,采用随机抽取法分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。实验组接受鼻饲针对性护理措施,干预组接受鼻饲常规护理,比较两组感染的发生率及特殊菌种的感染率。结果实验组感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组特殊菌种的感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用针对性的护理措施比传统的护理措施能有效降低食道癌长期鼻饲患者的感染率,能有效降低特殊菌种的感染率。Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in reducing the infection rate of patients with esophageal cancer by long-term nasal feeding.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with esophageal cancer in Shanghai Chest Hospital from April 2019 to January 2021 who had difficulty in eating and needed long-term enteral nutrition(>one month)by placing nasogastric tube were selected,the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received targeted nursing measures of nasal feeding,the intervention group received routine nursing of nasal feeding.The incidence of infection and the prevalence of special strains were compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate of special strains in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional nursing measures,targeted nursing measures can effectively reduce the infection rate of esophageal cancer patients with long-term nasal feeding,and can effectively reduce the infection rate of special bacteria.
