摘 要:目的探讨自行研制的野战静脉输液监测装置在输液管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月至2021年1月北京某三甲综合性医院消化科病房收治的214例输液患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组107例。对照组使用传统的人力输液监管模式,试验组使用静脉输液监测装置。比较两组换液响铃呼叫率、液体滴空率、输液管内回血率以及平均单瓶液体换液耗时。结果试验组换液响铃呼叫率、液体滴空率、输液管内回血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组单瓶液体平均换液耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉输液监测装置在临床护士输液管理中应用效果显著,能提高患者的输液安全性和护士工作效率,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of self-developed field intravenous infusion monitoring device in infusion management.Methods A total of 214 infusion patients admitted to the Department of Digestive of a Grade A general hospital in Beijing from November 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 107 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional human infusion monitoring mode,and the experimental group used the intravenous infusion monitoring device.The call rate of the liquid change ringing,the rate of liquid dripping,the rate of blood return in the infusion tube,and the average time taken to change a single bottle of liquid in the two groups were compared.Results The call rate of liquid change ringing,the rate of liquid dripping,and the rate of blood return in the infusion tube in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time taken to change a single bottle of liquid in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intravenous infusion monitoring device has a significant application effect in clinical nurse infusion management,can improve the safety of patients and nurses work efficiency,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
