协同护理干预在纤维支气管镜治疗重症肺感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理干预在纤维支气管镜治疗重症肺感染中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月至2019年3月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的重症肺感染患者68例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,各34例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予协同护理干预。比较两组血气分析结果、纤维支气管镜治疗中的配合情况及患者满意度。结果干预两周后,两组动脉氧分压与动脉血氧饱和度均较护理前上升,干预组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组动脉二氧化碳分压较护理前下降,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组配合情况、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜治疗重症肺感染时,采用协同护理可改善患者血气分析指标,改善患者在纤维支气管镜治疗中的配合情况,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 68 patients with severe pulmonary infection admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected,and they were devided into the control group and the intervention group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the intervention group were given collaborative nursing intervention.The blood gas analysis indexes,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After two weeks of intervention,the arterial oxygen partial pressure index and arterial oxygenation value of the two groups were both higher than those before nursing,and the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide index of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cooperation and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When fiberoptic bronchoscopy used to treat severe pulmonary infections,collaborative nursing can effectively improve the level of blood gas analysis indicators,the patient’s cooperation and patient satisfaction.
