摘 要:以丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷和超支化丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷为原料制得紫外光固化离型膜,探讨了原料配比对离型膜剥离力和残余黏着率的影响,测试了其耐老化性能,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热和热重分析对其进行了表征。结果表明:丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷与超支化丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷的质量比优选70∶30,此时离型膜的剥离力为9.00 mN/25 mm,残余黏着率为93%;在40℃、相对湿度75%条件下老化1~3月后,离型膜的剥离力为6.94 mN/25 mm,残余黏着率为86%,仍属轻剥离力离型膜;离型膜含有聚乙烯和聚硅氧烷成分,在128℃和160℃处有相转变,且在低于400℃时保持稳定。该离型膜是一种耐老化性能较好的光固化有机硅离型膜,可满足个人护理品小包膜领域对剥离力和残余黏着率的要求。UV curable release films have been prepared from acrylated polysiloxane and hyperbranched acrylated polysiloxane. The effects of raw material ratio on the peeling force and residual adhesion of release films are discussed, whose aging resistance has been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the mass ratio of acrylated polysiloxane to hyperbranched acrylated polysiloxane is 70∶ 30. The peeling force of release film is 9.00 mN/25 mm and the residual adhesion rate is 93%. After aging at 40 ℃ and 75% relative humidity for 1~3 months, the release film has the peel force of 6.94 mN/25 mm and the residual adhesion rate of 86%. The release film contains polyethylene and polysiloxane, has phase transition at 128 ℃ and 160 ℃, and keeps stable below 400 ℃. The film is a light curing silicone release film with good aging resistance, which can meet the requirements of peeling force and residual adhesion rate in the field of personal care products .
