摘  要:为了提升小电流接地系统单相接地故障处理能力,分析了单相接地故障处理效果不理想的主要原因,阐述了"摸清家底、补齐短板、筑牢站内三道防线、站内站外协调配合、加强系统测试、提升管理水平"的系统解决方案,介绍了在西安市三环以内全面开展单相接地故障处理能力提升的应用效果,实践表明所提出方案是可行和有效的。In order to improve the single-phase grounding fault management capability of neutral non-effective grounded systems,the main reasons of the unsatisfied single-phase grounding fault processing is analyzed.The system solutions of improvements are discussed,ranging from finding out the present situation and main deficiencies of the network,making up the deficiency and defect,establishing three defensive lines in substations,strengthening the coordination of the techniques inside and outside the substations,conducting tests systematically,enhancing the ability of load transferring,improving management level and regulating new projects.The application effects of single-phase grounding fault handling capability improvement within the third ring of Xi'an city is introduced as an example,which shows that the proposed approaches are feasible and effective.
