摘　　要：行风建设是医院生存与发展的根基,行风建设立于“建”,“建”则以教育为先,医德医风教育作为医院行风建设的基础,对于提高医务人员的思想道德素质,规范医务人员的医疗行为,提升医务人员的职业素养,提高医院的服务水平,树立医院良好的社会形象等具有重要的示范性和引导性作用。文章首先对医德医风教育对于医务人员个人和医院发展的重要性进行了简要概述,在此基础上进一步从制度案例、感化激励、约谈督查和文化创新等四个方面,就医院开展医德医风教育、以教育促行风的具体实践进行了详细梳理与系统介绍,以期与同仁进行经验交流与分享。Professional style construction is the foundation of hospital’s survival and development.Professional style construction is based on“building”,and“building”puts education first.Medical ethics education,as the basis of the construction of professional style,has an important exemplary and guiding role in improving the ideological and moral qualities of medical staff,regulating medical behaviors,cultivating professional literacy,improve the service level,and establishing a good social image of the hospital.This article first briefly summarized the importance of medical ethics education for the development of medical staff and hospitals.On this basis,introducing the specific practice of medical ethics education in our hospital from four aspects:system and case,probation and encouragement,interview and supervision,culture and innovation,in order to exchange experience and communicate with colleagues.
